Nothing Enters Storage Unchecked
Every shipment that arrives at an NAD facility goes through a structured receiving and quality control process before it is assigned to storage. This is not a formality. It is the first line of defence against damage, discrepancies, and downstream supply chain errors that are far more costly to correct once goods are in circulation.
Our Services
Inspection at the Point of Arrival
Incoming goods are physically inspected against delivery documentation on arrival. The team checks for damage, quantity accuracy, and packaging integrity before any items are moved into the storage area. If a shipment does not match its documentation — in count, condition, or specification — it is flagged immediately and held for client review before any further action is taken.
Digital Documentation and System Entry
Once goods pass inspection, they are recorded in the warehouse management system with full details: item category, quantity, condition notes, and the date and time of receipt. This record is accessible to clients and forms the baseline for all subsequent stock count and audit activity. There is no reliance on paper records or manual reconciliation.
Compliance with Client Specifications
Quality checks are run against standards agreed with each client at the outset. For regulated products, this includes conformity with storage and handling specifications. For general merchandise, it covers product condition and packaging standards. Only goods that meet the agreed criteria proceed to storage — rejected or damaged items are quarantined and reported with full documentation for the client to act on.
